We just got back from our wedding / honeymoon. The night of our wedding we celebrated at the Hard Rock Cafe. It's our thing. We've been to a lot of them so far. It took me hours to get the bobby-pins and hairspray out of my hair. I realized I should have left it alone and wore the veil too.

We did a little bit of walking around and exploring. It's changed since I was here last. It's been a while. I came for an FSU game against UNLV. Go Dogs! We found a ton of arcades. Our favorite thing to do!
Our big honeymoon event plan was to see Metallica. They were at the same convention center where I saw the ball game. It... was... AWESOME! It was loud and there was fire! We sat up in the nosebleeds. Eric pointed out that there's two types of Metallica fans. The old, and the new. The new (his age and younger) likes all Metallica. The old (people who are almost 40) hates everything post band hair-cuts. Sure enough, anytime a new-ish song was played, they'd sit and pout. It was hilarious! It was a great show.

We explored some more and found the Hofbrauhaus. Just like the one in Germany. Oh how we wanted to go in, but we decided that should be a memory best kept for Germany. We walked away, but we did look back a few times. It might ruin our memory. There's no way Americans can give the same vibe in a place like that. The typical drinking American is a drunk one. Drunk, loud and obnoxious. Pass!
Exhaustion set in pretty fast. We went back to the hotel and only left for meals.
It was a long flight home. Ok no... it was like 2 hours. But it felt long! We had a great time. It's pretty nice to no longer be living in sin. Now we're just a normal happy married couple. Woot! Go us!
